ReLIVE the Beginning is live and more active than ever

NCSoft opened a brand-new NA Live world on 15 September 2026 — the first fresh Live realm in more than a decade. Same modern Live rules, new economy, faster leveling. Players report hundreds still waiting in queue to log in (Kain and other realms showing “Heavy”) days after launch — something Western Lineage II retail has not seen in about twenty years.

First saga of Lineage II. Wikipedia lists NA Content patches from Prelude (28 April 2004) through Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood (6 September 2006).

The Chaotic Throne
Second saga. Wikipedia NA table runs from Interlude (CT0, 11 April 2007) through High Five Part 5 (14 March 2011), including Kamael, Hellbound, Gracia, and Freya.

Goddess of Destruction
Third saga and free-to-play transition. Wikipedia labels this table Goddess of Destruction (Free2Play), NA from Awakening (30 November 2011) through Valiance / Raiders (11 December 2013).

Epic Tale of Aden
Fourth Live saga on the Western timeline — the long post–Goddess of Destruction chapter that opened with Ertheia (Dimensional Strangers) on 30 July 2014 and ran through Herald of Light in mid-2021. Where classic players remember Interlude and High Five as “the Aden they knew,” Epic Tale of Aden is the era of dimensional races, marathon episode titles, and a Live client that kept reshaping endgame while Classic and later project lines peeled veterans into parallel tracks.

Saga · 2021–2024
Deathknight
Live patch era after Epic Tale of Aden — Master Class (19 October 2021) through Rising Knight (7 August 2024). Named for the Deathknight identity wave that defined late Live marketing, this stretch is where remaining NA Live players chased Master Class systems, successive threat-branded seasons, and a client that still updated while Classic and project servers carried much of the Western social graph.
